- Once brown(add little water if sticking to the pan to avoid burning),add the tomato paste,chilli,little salt to taste and some water. Simmer for 2-3 mins adding water where necessary to avoid burning.
- Stir and make sure the consistency is thick. Switch off and throw in chopped dhania and hoho. Stir.
- In a separate bowl,put your fries and pour some of this sauce over it and mix gently until you have all the fries well covered in sauce.
- Serve with ketchup/tomato sauce and a cold drink.
