  7. Garam masala kasuri methi half tea spoon 1/2 tea spoon jeera
  8. 1 tea spoon sonff 1/2 tea spoon sarso 1/2 tea spoon amchur powde

Steps to make to make Stuffed pointed gourd

  1. Peel & wash parwal & straight cut into the stmotch of parwal
    Keep it aside. Now prepare stuffing. Take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil.
  2. Roast fine chopped onion & jeera. When it turns light brown add sonff, mashed potato & dry masala. The seeds or the inner pulp of parwal also add in this.
  3. Cook it 3 to 4 min. Keep it for room temperature. Now make gravy masala. Onion & tomato grind smoothly. Add 2 table spoon oil in the same pan.
  4. Roast till oil separate from masala. Some quantitie of dry masala again add in the gravy masala. When cooked add 2 table spoon fresh malai or cream.
  5. Now parwal filled with stuffing & roll it with a white thread. This is because don't remove stuffing. Put the filled parwal on the masala in the pan one by one.
  6. Cover it with lid. Check it after 2 to 3 min & trun the another side for cooked. So check it with knife or spoon. If cooked proper off the flame. Add malai in it.
  7. After few minutes serve it
    add garam masala & kasuri methi. For more yummy texture add sarso tarka on it.
  8. Pointed gourd dish is ready.
    It's taste like stuffed bitter gourd.
